why can't I stop LAUGHING. I think they spiked my WATER.

Last night I laughed non-stop for about..oh like 2 hours. It is EXHAUSTING to laugh that hard for that length of time. I have NO idea what got into me. I couldn't control it. Stacy thought I was completely insane, but it made her laugh too.

Dear sister: I am super sorry I was not blogging every single day! I was BUSY with these things called FINALS. I would like to PASS my first semester of COLLEGE. K thanks.

As Amanda has so graciously pointed out to me SEVERAL times today, I come home in 3 days!!!!! I am super excited about this! Can you tell???? I'm even more excited that this break means that my first semester is FINISHED. I don't have to do ANY school work for a whole month! yayayayay.

OoOoOoO.. know what i'm REALLY looking forward to?? not having to fight ten million girls for the freakin laundry machines! It makes NO FREAKIN SENSE to me that a 3 floored dorm building has a total of 4 WASHING MACHINES AND 4 DRYERS. This is RIDICULOUS. venting complete.

Anywho - I have more studying to do and possibly some coloring and some crocheting. woo hoo.

I can't fall asleep.

Hello again world. It's nearly one in the morning and I am not even tired enough to fake a yawn right now. There is something wrong with this situation! I probably shouldn't have had coffee with dinner.. but it was cold and the coffee was toasty and yummy.. and now I face the consequences! Ah well. worse things have happened. And so the sweat shop continues. HA.

My roommate look awfully comfty.. I have the urge to scream and wake her up but that wouldn't be very nice of me.. hehe. Just kidding I wouldn't do that...

It's thursday.. in case anyone cares what that means.. I am done with all of my major assignments for the semester. I have pretty much no homework left - just studying for finals and that is A VERY WONDERFUL FEELING! OH and I have a small complaint about the little tid bits of homework that I do have left.. short papers about how these classes will relate to my personal, professional and public lives... REALLY? agh! I hate questions like that.. it's like a calculus teacher trying to convince you that you may actually use what she is teaching in the real world.. ITS ALL LIES. Just thought I'd through that out there.

I kind of feel like going for a run around campus.. but it's about 10 degrees outside and 1 am so with my luck security would probably think I'm a nut job and take me away! mmm.. not sounding like so much fun anymore.

Time to continue crocheting. This was such a happy little break though! :)

Goodnight world.

Somehow security showed up....

Hmm.. How can I even begin this adventure?? Well let's start here. Hannah, Stacy and I have all been talking about building a fort in me and Stacy's bedroom just like the old days when we were kids. After lunch today we were all VERY hyper and we began constructing our lovely little fort. There were many sheets and blankets involved in the process and two of them were tied to the bedroom door making it unable to be opened without taking down the fort! (this is important so remember it)

So we figured we needed more sheets and Hannah said she had some in her room.. too bad we couldn't open the door without ruining our progress.. but OH I'M A GENIOUS. I put on Stacy's snow boots and proceeding to climb out my window, on to the roof and into Hannah's window to retrieve her sheets. Once I returned, Hannah decided to come out on the roof with me, where we were GOING to build FROSTY.. but then I saw security pulling into the dorm area and noticed two "officers" getting out of the car and coming into the building.
Before we knew it security was banging on our bedroom door and Hannah and I flung ourselves in through the window faster than I have ever entered a window in my LIFE! They kept telling us to open up, and as I was taking off my jacket and boots and hiding them I was also trying to yell to them that we had a fort in the way! (for SOME reason they didn't seem to believe us!) One of the security guys then said he was gonna "key" in if we didn't open up, and me being the smartass that I am yelled back "OKAY BUT YOU'LL TAKE DOWN THE FORT!"

ROFL.

I couldn't keep a straight face while we were trying to talk to them. Hannah had answered the door and seemed at a loss for words, so I piped in to help her out. They insisted on knowing why we were out on the "ruf"... I figured the truth sounded good enough, so I explained, "well we are building a FORT and we needed to get something from Hannah's room but we couldn't open the DOOR without RUINING IT!"

The security "officers" started laughing.. i'm not even kidding. They asked me to repeat that about 4 times before they finally decided they weren't gonna fine us for it and instead just had our RA document it incase any damage was done to the "ruf."

I haven't stopped laughing since. We will be heading out soon to build frosty somewhere that ISN'T a "ruf!"

The wonderful snowball...

Sweet justice was served! Stacy got a snowball smashed into her head.. she was such a good sport about it too.. just laughed and laughed and didn't even seek revenge.. yet? we shall see. All I know is that there will be a full blown snowball fight on this campus if Krysti gets hit with one! :)

SNOW DAY!!!!!

Yup thats right! It has been snowy for the past week or so and we finally got ourselves a snow day! That means I got to roll my little self over, curl back up in bed and go to sleep until ELEVEN! It was b-e-a-u-tiful! I do believe frosty will be coming to life later on today.. probably on the roof right outside of my window. Yes be jealous. I'll be sure to post many pictures if it happens.

OH any by the way I have every intention of plowing my roommate in the back of the head with a snowball later but she doesn't know that yet. :)

Hi World.

Hi world! Welcome to the life of me. At this particular moment, the life of me simply means sitting a room about 12 feet wide and 20 feet long, filled with enough stuff for 2 teenage girls to live happily. It's not too shabby - we like it. My roommate and I get along great (shocker) .. but really.. you would be surprised how many nightmare stories there are about roommates hating each other - especially on this campus! We are fortunate that we get along great and can't imagine being here without each other.

For those of you who don't know me that well, I am a freshman (blah!) at Keuka College in upstate New York. It is out in the middle of no where, with quite literally nothing entertaining to do.. but leave it to me to find SOMETHING. So I spend my free time volunteering at the Ambulance Corps. I like it a lot and I am currently in the process of being certified as an EMT. I am already certified as an ambulance driver, so if nothing else I at least get the fun of driving down the street with lights and sirens. :)

Aside from that, I am working on getting two degrees - one in Criminal Justice and one in Psychology with a concentration on Forensics. What do I want to do with all that? Oh who knows.. Behavioral Psychology! Studying psychopaths and profiling serial killers.. why not? Someone has to do and it fascinates me to no end! I'm currently taking 23 credits.. through a fluke in the system. Unfortunately the maximus credit load here is 18 so they won't be letting me get away with 23 pretty much ever again, but I'm pretty fine with not being overly stressed out for the rest of my life! LOL
I'm sure I am forgetting just about a million details about "life" right now, but I'm sleepy (what's new.. i'm a college student) and I have crocheting to do before bed since I am practically running a sweat shop in my dorm room. LOL This is what happens when you are too poor to buy Christmas presents.. HOPE EVERYONE WANTS A SCARF!! :-)
Good night world.

Blah blah blah... Rick Rick Rick...
